Indemnification

Visitor agrees that if shall defend, indemnify, save and hold TechniArtist Media harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's feeds asserted against TechniArtist Media, its officers, its employees, its agents, its hosting partner, and its customers that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, its employees, its hosting partner, or its assigns. Visitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TechniArtist Media against the liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property cause by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with TechniArtist Media hosting partner server(s); (2) any material supplied by visitor infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement. Visitor agrees to limit the liability of TechniArtist Media to the amount paid for service.

You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of any country or affiliated with any other organization that is prohibited from doing business with the United States as defined and set forth at: http://www.treas.gov and http://www.bis.doc.gov.

TechniArtist Media will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. TechniArtist Media makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. TechniArtist Media disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes lost of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by TechniArtist Media and its employees. TechniArtist Media reserves the right to amend or update these policies without notice. Failure to follow any terms and conditions will likely result in legal action.

Finally, TechniArtist Media wishes to emphasize that in accepting these terms, you indemnify TechniArtist Media for the violation of any law or TechniArtist Media policy, that results in loss to TechniArtist Media or the bringing of any claim against TechniArtist Media.
